70.1 TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS: One-year of permanent, contingent-permanent, or 55 b/c service in a title Salary Grade 12 or higher determined to be similar by Civil Service.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with the Statewide Financial System (SFS)
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders
Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
As an Office Assistant 3 Calculations, the duties will include but are not limited to the following:
• Process payments, journal vouchers, refunds of appropriations, and voucher corrections in the SFS
• Monitor and reconcile p-card account charges
• Manage/process lease payments
• Communicate and collaborate with agency staff
• Manage voucher audits
• File and archive
• Assist with office functions (audits, check processing, etc)
