Minimum Qualifications TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS
One year of permanent, contingent permanent, or 55 B/C service allocated to a Grade 6 or higher eligible for transfer and determined to be similar by Civil Service.
55 B/C QUALIFICATIONS
Individuals certified eligible for the 55 B/C program under the Governor's Program to Hire Persons/Veterans with Disabilities pursuant to Section 55 B/C of the Civil Service Law will also be considered. Please provide a copy of your letter of eligibility with your response.

Duties Description The Business Document Specialist 1/Trainee duties will include but are not limited to the following:
• create and process work orders for all types of evidence of filing produced by the Division of Corporations Information Unit.
• accurately enter pertinent information from written requests received into the Cenuity processing system; properly identify and select the requested documents/services and ensure that the items are returned in the manner requested by the customer.
• responsible for scanning in older certificates not currently available in the Cenuity system to facilitate future requests.
