Minimum Qualifications PROVISIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
One year of permanent, contingent permanent, or 55 B/C service as an Investigator 2 (License).

Based on the results of the canvass of the current eligible list for the Investigator 3 (License) the Department may elect to make a provisional appointment to this position rather than a permanent appointment. If a provisional appointment is made, the appointed candidate will be required to compete in the next holding of the Investigator 3 (License) exam and be reachable for appointment from the newly established eligible list.

Duties Description The Investigator 3 (License) duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Directly Supervise Investigator 2’s
• Investigate complaints and conduct inspections related to licenses overseen by the Division
• Conduct training and provide guidance related to enforcement policies and procedures
• Implement and oversee special enforcement initiatives
• Monitor investigations conducted by subordinate staff to ensure they are handled appropriately and timely
