• Any permanent employee who would meet eligibility requirements for a 70.1 transfer.

Duties Description POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Developmental Assistant 2s supervise and work with direct care staff to provide motivation and attend to the personal daily living needs of individuals with developmental disabilities to help them lead better lives. The person in this position serves as a first line supervisor of direct support. This position involves mentoring Direct Support Professionals and trainees in the performance of their duties.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Function in the role of a Developmental Assistant 2 within the treatment team.
• Other duties as assigned.
