Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Candidates must have permanent competitive status as an Office Assistant 1 (Keyboarding) and be eligible for a lateral transfer.

Duties Description POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Provide clerical support to the Behavior Intervention and Rights Committee (BIRC) and to the Psychology Department. This position is within the Psychology Department and will be supervised by the Chief Psychologist.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties may include but are not limited to:

The clerical support function for BIRC includes scheduling reviews, compiling documentation packets and ensuring they are complete, and responding to e-mail requests. The responsibilities also include generation of Crystal Reports for RIA, SCIP, and trends.
This position will also provide clerical support related to informed consents and informed consent committee; this entails tracking, sending out packets, assisting with committee documents, and interfacing with psychologists on a regular basis.

The clerical support function for the Psychology Department includes the following duties: Time-keeper, audit travel submissions, schedule capacity reviews, mail, coordination of risk assessment assignment rotation, order supplies and testing materials, take minutes at meetings, and any other short-term projects that arise at the discretion of the Chief Psychologist.
