Reassignment Qualifications (DOL EMPLOYEES ONLY):
Current Department of Labor employees only, with at least one year of permanent, contingent-permanent, or 55b/c service in an Employment Services Manager 2; if you have less than one year, you must be reachable on the current Employment Services Manager 2 eligible list for this location, if one exists.
52.6 Transfer Qualifications:
One year of permanent or contingent-permanent as a Grade 25 or higher determined to be administrative by Civil Service.

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES: The duties of the Employment Services Manager 2 in the Division of Employment and Workforce Solutions (DEWS) will include but are not limited to the following:
• plan, organize, delegate, coordinate, and evaluate career center programs, operations, activities, and services to the public;
• apply and interpret agency policies, procedures, guidelines, and performance standards in conformance with Federal and State laws, rules, and regulations to assure consistency in operations and optimal services to customers, employers, and the community.
Additional Comments Position specific job duties may include occasional altered work schedule or job assignments which require availability and willingness to work occasional evenings and/or out-stationed assignments.
Candidate MAY be allowed to telecommute up to 2 days day per pay period dependent upon operational needs.
