Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES: As an Assistant Office Services Manager under the direction of the Office Services Manager in the Business Administration Bureau, the duties will include but are not limited to:

• Provide overall direction to fleet and inventory staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and approve supply requisitions.
• Review and seek approval for requests for equipment and office supplies.
• Maintain records of agency assets using an Asset Management System.
• Oversee and coordinate annual inventory process.
• Coordinate the transfer and disposal of surplus property.
• Direct the use and maintenance of agency fleet.
• Perform ongoing analysis of fuel and vehicle usage and other cost-saving analyses.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs for vehicles.
• Monitor toll payment accounts and records.
• Schedule vehicle assignments and transportation for staff.
• Complete required reports for accidents involving fleet vehicles.
• Monitor and ensure timely inspection of vehicles.
• Arrange for replacement of vehicles and disposition of surplus vehicles.
• Review and audit vehicle use logs and notify agency managers of areas of concern.
• Perform the full range of supervisory duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
