Reassignment Qualifications:
Current Department of Labor employees only, with at least one year of permanent, contingent-permanent, or 55b/c service in an Office Assistant 2 if you have less than one year, you must be reachable on the current Office Assistant 2 eligible list for this location, if one exists.
52.7 Non-Competitive Promotion (NCP) Qualifications:
To be eligible for NCP, candidates must be in the Department of Labor promotion field and have one year or more of permanent, contingent-permanent or 55 b/c service as an Office Assistant 1. If 3 or fewer qualified Department of Labor Office Assistant 1 Examination respond to this posting, Civil Service may approve the permanent appointment of one of the qualified Office Assistant 1 without further examination.
Note: Non-competitive refers to not competing in an examination; the appointment will be competitive.
70.1 Transfer Qualifications:
One year of permanent or contingent-permanent as a Grade 7 or higher determined to be similar by Civil Service.

Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders.
Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES: As an Office Assistant 2, duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Answer property office phones, direct callers to appropriate party, answer questions as needed.
• Monitor several shared email boxes. Respond, forward, and file as needed.
• Process and file move and maintenance requests.
• Receive, review, forward and file invoices for goods and services.
• Enter SFS requests and track progress. Follow up and provide updates as needed.
• Enter ITSM tickets and track progress. Follow up and provide updates as needed. Assist property managers with scheduling projects, moves, and meetings.
• Enter OGS work orders and communicate with stakeholders regarding work order status and other building requests.
• Receive mail and packages for the property office. Ensure delivery to recipients.
• Other title appropriate duties to be assigned as needed.
