Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be reachable on the appropriate Civil Service eligible list.

OR

Candidates must have permanently served at least one year in a title designated as appropriate for transfer in accordance with Section 52.6 of the Civil Service law.

Duties Description Under the direction of the Program Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:
• Monitoring day to day operations of the expanded Penalty Collections Unit
• Setting unit goal and objectives and monitor for unit compliance
• Developing and maintaining policies and procedures relating to penalty collections
• Reviewing recommendations from attorneys regarding judgment enforcement and authorizing appropriate action
• Overall supervision of staff performance and production, including adherence with telecommuting program guidelines
• Reporting on unit performance to executive management
• Serving as subject matter expert with regard to the collection of penalties, GSIT and 26-a debt
