Minimum Qualifications Senior Administrative Analyst, SG-18: Eligible for a 52.6 or 70.1 transfer.
Administrative Analyst Trainee, NS: reachable PATT eligible list, reachable on the PCO eligible list, OR eligible for a Section 70.1 or 70.4 transfer, or 55-b/c eligible (Must have Bachelor’s Degree and 55b/c designation letter to qualify)

Duties Description Working under the supervision of a Human Resources Specialist 2 Testing, the incumbent of this position will be responsible for the following duties:

• Providing day-to-day supervision, direction, and technical support to staff; establishing unit goals and objectives; enforcing deadlines and standards; and assigning and reviewing staff work to ensure accuracy, quality, efficiency, and timeliness.

• Supervising the scoring of State and local examinations and the production of local rosters and State eligible lists.

• Providing technical assistance and expertise on Unit issues to staff from Department of Civil Service, Office of Information Technology Services, system and equipment vendors, and other supporting organizations.

• Documenting unit policies and procedures.

• Responding to requests for narratives and/or statistical information regarding the work of the unit.
