Reassignment Qualifications: (Current DOL employees Only)
Current Department of Labor employees only, with at least one year of permanent, contingent-permanent, or 55b/c service in an Office Assistant 3 if you have less than one year, you must be reachable on the current Office Assistant 3 eligible list for this location if one exists.
70.1 Transfer Qualifications:
One year of permanent or contingent-permanent as a Grade 12 or higher determined to be similar by Civil Service.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
•Attention to detail and excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills
•Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders.
Duties Description Standard Duties:
The duties of the Office Assistant 3 include but are not limited to the following:
• Supervise clerical employees;
• Assign work;
• Report on status of clerical operations;
• Assist supervisors in devising and revising procedures and instructions;
• Review production reports to ensure achievement of work goals during perk periods.
Additional Comments Pending Funding Approval
Position specific job duties may include occasional altered work schedule or job assignments which require availability and willingness to work occasional evenings and/or out-stationed assignments.
Candidate MAY be allowed to telecommute up to 4 days day per pay period dependent upon operational needs.
