Minimum Qualifications Either:
1. a bachelor’s or higher level degree in any field including or supplemented by 15 semester credit hours in programming languages AND three years of experience in computer systems programming or business analysis.;
OR
2. a bachelor’s or higher level degree in any field AND four years of experience in computer systems programming or business analysis;
OR
3. an associate’s degree with 15 semester credit hours in programming languages AND five years of experience in computer systems programming or business analysis;
OR
4. six years of experience in computer systems programming or business analysis.
Experience must be involved in the planning, configuration, testing, implementation, and/or management of the application environment that supports the organization’s information technology architecture and business needs or experience performing Business Analysis on application including but not limited to :
• Producing functional designs and wireframes for tools used in the applicable group
• Analyzing the pertinent metrics and data
• Producing maps and models for proposed systems
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Requirements gathering
• Analyzing information to assess the functionality
• Documentation of existing and new applications

Duties Description Under the direction of a Manager Info Tech Services 1, SG-27, Office of Information Technology Services, within the Chief Technology Office/Business Solutions Bureau/Revenue Finance and Public Integrity Portfolio the Project Assistant, NS, will provide lead analysis, design, and support functions. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

- Facilitate and participate in meetings with Business Solutions staff, users and management
- Develop detailed project plans collaboratively with ITS staff, agency staff and end users
- Perform Business Analysis functions and changes to applications
- Oversee the execution of applications, ensuring applications function accurately and are available to our internal and external business customers
- Provide support, as needed, for incident & issue resolution ensuring that incidents and defects are addressed promptly based on priority
- Provide with problem resolution, as needed, for other areas in Business Solutions
- Manage staff using the department’s core technologies ensuring that staff members are properly trained in the development tooling including, but not limited to ASP.Net, C#, HTML/XHTML, Oracle
- Manage multiple work assignments, projects, enhancement requests, and day-to-day issue resolution
- Perform full range of supervisory responsibilities
