Minimum Qualifications Candidates must have one year of permanent competitive or non-competitive 55 b/c service as an Associate Administrative Analyst, SG-23, OR have one year of permanent service in a title eligible for transfer under Section 52.6 or 70.1 of the Civil Service Law, OR reachable on the current Civil Service list.

Duties Description Under the general supervision of the Director of the Center of Excellence, the incumbent analyzes and evaluates workflow processes; identifies opportunities to improve operational and administrative activities/programs; provides project management rigor for administrative initiatives with a greater degree of complexity and/or organizational impact; coordinates the development and/or update of systems; develops and/or updates project plans for large organizational projects including short term, medium term, and long-term projects; develops various change management activities including communication, training and readiness for key projects and initiatives; evaluates and develops recommendations to improve program operations and efficiency as part of the Authority’s continuous improvement efforts.
The incumbent will supervise, train, and direct the activities of the work unit staff. The work unit will participate in supporting departments and divisions in various capacities: project management documentation, facilitating meetings, analyzing raw data, identifying problems, overseeing solutions, creating reports, and working directly with their supervisor to make improvements or changes as needed throughout the organization.
