status as a Medicaid Redesign Analyst 1 (G18).

(PCO) eligible list with a score of 100 OR qualified 55B/C
candidate in possession of a Bachelor's or higher degree."
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Medicaid and Medicare. Experience working at or with local departments of social services. Experience working with large data sets such as that in a Medicaid Management Information system. Strong written and communication skills including handling phone and email inquiries and complaints from the public.
Duties Description The incumbent will assist in providing statewide fee-for-service Medicaid long term care policy guidance to develop, interpret and implement Medicaid policies. The incumbent will be responsible for administrative activities and related reviews in support of the Division, including drafting policies and correspondence on a variety of long term care programmatic and policy issues, responding to routine calls from consumers, providers and other stakeholders, and assisting with program monitoring activities. The incumbent may perform administrative functions such as voucher processing, compliance reviews, program reviews, responding to external inquiries, drafting documents in support of policy implementation, drafting reports, and routine review and analysis of Medicaid program data.
Additional Comments This position may require day or overnight travel to local departments of social services statewide for the purposes of program review and monitoring.
