Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Duties Description PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Program Aide Applies analytical techniques as required by the program area:
• Develop, maintain, and update COVID Tracking/SharePoint and sends weekly reports to Administration.
• Develop, maintain, and update annual N-95 Fit Testing process and sends weekly reports to Administration.
• Maintain facilities Medication/Procedure Errors and coordinates Med Error Meetings to review and sends out reports
• Maintain facilities Med Certification database
• Maintain all Health Care Proxy/MOLST information for DON
• Maintain all nursing guidance’s (i.e., Med Manual, Med Functional Assignee, Nursing) along with health services forms
• Maintain Nursing Office and disperses information appropriately
• Assist Infection Control RN with maintaining the Infection Control Guidance and forms
• Assist the Employee/Psychiatry Clinic i.e., maintaining forms, monthly reports
• Develops, maintains, and updates database programs and methods of data analysis for agency programs.
• Research laws, rules, and regulations to find alternative approaches to administrative problems or issues.
• Monitors and evaluates data for deficiencies and assists in correcting problems.
• Collects, tabulates, and analyzes data.
• Draws conclusions from analyzed data and makes appropriate recommendations.
• Creates tables and charts; and drafts reports to document analyses and procedures.
• Gathers, reviews, and evaluates information required by professionals to conduct financial and program audits.
• Assists in the preparation, review, evaluation, and analysis of a variety of reports and other documents specific to the assignment.
• Liaisons with various agency program staff and other State, local, and volunteer agencies.
