Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Candidates must have permanent competitive status as an Office Assistant 2 (Keyboard) and be eligible for a lateral transfer.
OR
2. Eligible to transfer via section 70.1 of Civil Service Law by having at least one year of permanent service in a qualifying title. The transfer cannot be a second consecutive transfer resulting in an advancement of more than two salary grades. Duties Description POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Office Assistant 2 (Keyboarding) provides clerical support for the Genesee/Orleans Team. As needed, provides clerical support to other teams/departments.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties may include but are not limited to:
-Provide clerical support for a Treatment team Leader, 2 Developmental Assistant III’s, 2 QIDP’s and homes on the Genesee/Orleans Team.
-Provides clerical support for the residential habilitation planning for approximately 74 individuals in 8 homes.
-Responsible for daily census reports and TABS billing input for residential habilitation services.
-Filing and maintenance of residential records.
-Typing correspondence to family, MSC etc. as well as recording of minutes.
-Answer phones and office visitors and directs to appropriate staff.
-Maintaining scheduling for conference room for events and guests.
-Perform duties in accordance with classification and comp. for title.
