Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Candidates must have permanent competitive status as a Program Aide and be eligible for a lateral transfer.

Duties Description POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Duties will be consistent with current class standard.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assist Quality Supports Department with oversight and management of incidents in Region 1.
- Correspond with IMU in IRMA database regarding additional information that is needed.
- Will provide updates and changes with incidents to Incident Coordinators in Region 1.
- Will run open incidents for Incident Coordinators.
- Will run the Trending Reports to share with Deputy Directors. DDPS IV’s and TTL’s.
- Will also complete additional Quality Supports tasks that may include sharing completed POCA with Administration and to BPC.
- Other duties as assigned by the DDPS IV of Quality Supports.
