Preferred Qualifications:

Duties Description This position will operate under the leadership and guidance of the Bureau of Perinatal, Reproductive, and Sexual Health's Perinatal Regionalization Unit, as well as with the Division of Family Health's Medical Director. This position will serve as coordinator for the Department's Maternal Mortality Review Board (MMRB) and the Maternal Morbidity and Mortality Advisory Council (MMMAC). In this role, the incumbent will coordinate and facilitate board/council meetings, including development of agendas, presentations, and other meeting materials; provide routine communication with members and Department staff; oversee routine internal team meetings for MMRB/MMMAC planning meetings. The incumbent will also provide program management to MMRB and MMMAC-related contracts, including reviewing fiscal and programmatic documents, routine communication with contractors, and oversight of contract establishment. The incumbent will also contribute to writing grant applications and progress reports as well as responding to inquiries about the MMRB/MMMAC. The incumbent will also serve as liaison with the Maternal Mortality Review data team in the Bureau of Data Analytics, Research, and Evaluation (BDARE).
