Subsequent 55 B/C Qualifications:
A subsequent 55b/c appointment may be considered if you have one year of permanent or contingent-permanent service in a title Salary Grade 12 or higher determined to be similar by Civil Service and have a current Civil Service 55b/c approval letter.*
Current Department of Labor employees only, with at least one year of permanent, contingent-permanent, or 55b/c service in an Office Assistant 3 Calculations; if you have less than one year, you must be reachable on the current Office Assistant 3 Calculations eligible list for this location, if one exists.
You must be a qualified Department of Labor employee and have had one year of permanent competitive or 55-b/55-c service in an office assistant, clerical, or keyboarding title allocated to Grade 7 or higher.
The appointed candidate would have to take, pass and be reachable on the next holding of the examination to be appointed permanently.
70.1 Transfer Qualifications:
One year of permanent or contingent-permanent as a Grade 12 or higher determined to be similar by Civil Service.*

*Consecutive transfers cannot result in an increase of more than two salary grades
• Experience with the Statewide Financial System (SFS)
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders
Duties Description Standard Duties:
As an Office Assistant 3 Calculations, the duties will include but are not limited to the following:
• Process payments, journal vouchers, refunds of appropriations, and voucher corrections in the SFS
• Monitor and reconcile p-card account charges
• Manage/process lease payments
• Communicate and collaborate with agency staff
• Manage voucher audits
• File and archive
• Assist with office functions (audits, check processing, etc.)
