Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Individuals must possess a New York State CDL Class A, B, or C license, with Passenger (P) Endorsement for 25 passengers.

You are required to create a Clearinghouse account as part of your application.

Departmental Operating Needs:
You will be required to provide your driver’s license information to enable participation in the License Event Notification Service (LENS) and Clearinghouse for Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

Duties Description Position Summary:
The University at Buffalo’s Parking and Transportation Services department is seeking a Motor Vehicle Operator to serve as a shuttle operator and transit ambassador to provide shuttle service for the campus community.

In this position, you will:
• facilitate travel within and between the campuses
• clean and maintain vehicles
• inspect vehicles before and after each shift
• provide transportation services for students with disabilities

This position is defined as safety-sensitive, and as such, is subject to alcohol and drug testing under the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991.
