Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• In title Office Assistant 1 (Keyboarding), Grade 06
or
• Eligible for 70.1 transfer by way of current permanent status in a title deemed comparable to an Office Assistant 1 (Keyboarding) by the Department of Civil Service.

Prior to being considered for appointment, candidates will be required to pass a keyboarding test that demonstrates their ability to enter text at a rate of at least 30 words per minute with at least 96% accuracy.

Duties Description:

General Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Under the supervision of the Day Hab Director, the Office Assistant 1 (Keyboarding) is responsible for entering the TABs billing for the Capital Day Services Day Hab and keeping records of billing for Capital Day Services Day Hab. They answer and direct incoming calls and distribute as appropriate. They file and manage all the Procurement purchases for the program as well as the supplies for the program. They also maintain and file work orders among other duties.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains file order and filling system. Responsible for the Records Archive and following the retention schedule.
• Enters the TABS billing and makes corrections as needed.
• Files and Maintains mileage sheets.
• Files and maintains OT sheets.
• Orders office supplies.
• Ensures Procurement logs are sent to the Business Office weekly and maintain them on file.
• Other duties as assigned.
