Duties Description As a Business Systems Analyst 3, you will:
• Develop and configure data integration solutions
• Supervise and lead project team
• Develop shared solutions for supported data management services
• Provide data systems support

Minimum Qualifications New York State Psychiatric Institute (NYSPI) is currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst 3 who will manage projects and operations related to data collection systems, develop policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with research processes and systems. Candidates from within State Service can apply.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates from within State Service can be considered for a competitive class appointment if they are reachable on the current Business Systems Analyst 3 eligible list

OR

Candidates from within State Service can be considered for a provisional appointment if there is an invalid eligible list and if they meet the following promotion qualifications:
• 1 year as a Business Systems Analyst 2 or Business Systems Analyst 2 (Payroll Systems).
Please note: If you are appointed provisionally, you must take the next scheduled Civil Service examination for this title and your score must be reachable on the resulting eligible list before you can be permanently appointed. If you do not pass the examination or achieve a reachable score, you may not be retained.
