Salary RangeFrom $84156 to $106454 Annually
Duties Description Duties will include but not be limited to:
• Supervise Facilities Staff, including Mailroom and Warehouse staff.
• Oversee 17 leased facilities, totaling approximately 500,000 square feet, and manage annual budget of $15 million.
• Liaison between DOT space and OGS for lease compliance and renewals, renovation coordination, repairs, and space allocations.
• Coordinates with outside vendors for painting, construction, restack moves, etc.
• Responsible for statewide inventory control of DOT office equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
• Responsible for all Tennant Alteration Requests (TARs).
• Responsible for responding to the day-to-day tenant issues and maintenance, including managing an annual budget of $3.8 million.
• Responsible for disposition of all agency surplus property.
• Provide overall direction to warehouse staff regarding shipping and receiving various department items, including paper, IT equipment, traffic signal equipment, etc.
• Oversee records management, including storage, retention and destruction, delivery of records to the Record Center totaling approximately 50,000 legal boxes to track.
• Responsible for the collection and distribution of Main Office mail and packages.
• Manage the courier service between MO and the State Capital, OSC, and legislative offices.
• Coordinates large mailings.
• Liaison for facility-related sustainability and energy conservation efforts and reporting.
• Responsible for facilities related purchasing and payments for DOT’s Main Office Location.
Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations.
Minimum Qualifications To be considered for permanent appointment, candidates must be reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list or be eligible for reassignment or transfer in accordance with Civil Service Law.
