Duties Description Under the direction of a Project Manager 2, within Human Resources, the incumbent will assist with platform migration, data analysis, and SharePoint management for all Human Resources data. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Migrate legacy Human Resources systems to new platforms.
• Contribute to the development of new or updated data entry platforms, tracking systems, and reporting methods.
• Assist in the maintenance, tracking, and reporting of agency data within existing data tracking spreadsheets, databases, SharePoint lists, and other systems.
• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot multiple Human Resources platforms, including SharePoint.
• Participate in various projects, initiatives, and departmental work groups as assigned

Minimum Qualifications Either 1. a bachelor's or higher-level degree including or supplemented by 15 semester credit hours in computer science;

Or 2. a bachelor's or higher-level degree in any field AND one year of experience in information technology;

Or 3. 60 semester credit hours including or supplemented by 15 semester credit hours in computer science AND one year of experience in information technology;

Or 4. two years of experience in information technology.

Experience in information technology includes experience in one or more of the following computer-related areas: artificial intelligence; automation; business/systems analysis; cloud computing; computer installation; diagnosis and repair; computer programming; cybersecurity/information assurance; data analytics; database administration, design and management; design and development of geographic information systems; design and development of computer aided drafting applications; digital forensics; informatics; information technology; IT customer support and training; interactive user experience (UX); internet/intranet development, design, and maintenance; knowledge management; network management; program design; program testing; project management; server management; storage management; systems management; technical writing; telecommunications; virtual technology. If verifiable, we will accept and prorate appropriate part-time and volunteer experience.
