Duties Description The Operations Support Manager 1 duties in Bureau of Administrative Support Services will include but are not limited to the following:
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the Bureau of Administrative Support Services (BASS).
• Responsible for the management of staff, facility management, security and maintenance.
• Coordination of all tenant safety operations.
• Centralized and regional mail operations.
• Administrative support of staff including the provision of authorized equipment.
• Onboarding and offboarding of staff.
• Oversight of space planning and reporting.
• Work with agency leadership to execute plans for agency expansion and restacking.
• Oversight of agency record retention of operations and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications COMPETITIVE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Permanent service in this title or one year of permanent competitive or 55-b/c service in a title SG-23 or higher and otherwise eligible for transfer under Civil Service Law.

*Eight years of experience planning, directing, and coordinating the storage and distribution of physical product and materials in a warehouse, product distribution center, or mail distribution center. At least three years of this experience must have included direct supervision of warehouse, product distribution, or mail distribution center staff.
55 B/C Appointment:
