Duties Description
Function Description:
These positions are located in Albany, NY.
· Evaluate current processes and develop recommendations
· Compile and tracks performance data
· Create procedure manuals
· Train employees in new procedures, techniques, and methods
· Update staff on operational changes
· Schedule and manage enrollments for the trainings
· Make oral presentations utilizing charts, slide presentations, and other visual support devices and techniques.
· Travel, as needed
Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in education) and 2 years of experience in training or instructing and developing training materials. Strong presentation and communication skills.
Substitution: Six years of specialized experience; associate’s degree and four years of experience.
J.D. or master’s degree may substitute for one year of specialized experience,
Ph.D. may substitute for two years of specialized experience.
