Duties Description The incumbent will be responsible for organizing & scanning permit files; scanning records to fulfill Freedom of Information requests; working to get paper permit files into the new electronic document management system and filing the existing paper files in the basement; assuring that paper files have proper labeling; answering phones; managing incoming mail; completing preliminary reviews with bulkhead General Permits; and assisting with GIS and some field work.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
There are no minimum education or experience requirements for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Sophomore status or higher at the college level. Knowledge of/ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe DC, and ArcGIS.
Additional Comments This is a hourly appointment currently funded through 3/31/2025, with a likelihood of continuing beyond that date. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date.
Travel may be required.
Telecommuting may be available, will be discussed at interview.
