Salary RangeFrom $93659 to $118388 Annually
Duties Description Reporting to the Deputy Commissioner of Administration, duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
• Manage and oversee all administrative and operational functions of the largest regional office.
• Address facility-related issues, including renovations, space planning, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage relationships with landlords, service providers, and vendors for office-related needs.
• Oversee the maintenance, security, and functionality of office spaces, ensuring a productive work environment.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Serve as the key liaison between regional staff and central leadership.
• Work closely with finance teams to manage vendor contracts, procurement, and payment processing.
• Assist with the investigations and of employee grievances and disciplinary actions in collaboration with supervisors and union representatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development programs to support staff growth and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Lead special projects and initiatives to improve workflow and service delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices for operational success.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and six years of relevant experience.*
*Substitutions: four years of specialized experience or associate’s degree and two years of specialized experience may substitute for bachelor’s degree; J.D. or master’s degree may substitute for one year of specialized experience; Ph.D. may substitute for two years of specialized experience.
