Duties Description Under higher level supervision, the incumbent must be able to perform the following essential functions:
· Use various computer software programs to compile, track, and analyze statistical and informational data and produce various databases, reports, charts and spreadsheets.
· Assist in ensuring compliance with administrative and program requirements.
· Develops, maintains and updates database programs and methods of data analysis for agency programs.
· Communicate effectively via telephone, face to face contact and in writing with employees, supervisors, managers and directors. Interact with managers, supervisors, and Bureau and Division directors to gather information and data.
· Act independently to research and resolve complex issues within specific timelines, exercise good judgement in monitoring multiple work assignments.
· Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
· Adhere to the Department’s time and attendance rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications The selected candidate must be eligible for transfer under Civil Service Law or reachable on the appropriate eligible list for this title and location in accordance with the provisions of Civil Service Law, Rules and Regulations.
