Duties Description • Generates monthly reports of current permit holders including fleet permits and special use for approximately 40 State Agencies for review.
• Monitors, tracks, reviews, verifies and implements changes as needed in relation to all state agency monthly reports.
• Researches and corrects payroll deduction errors within the Parking Management Database
• Monitors and responds to phone calls, emails and in person customer service issues as they pertain to the Parking Management Program.
• Manages the issuance of Parking permits within the Parking Management Database to ensure proper call list policies and procedures are followed.
• Oversees the issuance of parking permits for all open availability facilities daily
• Perform the full range and scope of supervisory responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Current New York State employee with one year or more of qualifying permanent service in a position allocated to a Grade 12 or above and eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.

NOTE: IN ORDER TO AWARD THE PROPER CREDIT FOR WORK EXPERIENCE, RESUMES MUST INCLUDE MONTH AND YEAR FOR START AND END DATES. IF ANY OF THIS EXPERIENCE IS LESS THAN FULL TIME YOU MUST INDICATE THE AVERAGE NUMBER OF HOURS WORKED PER WEEK.
