Duties Description Under the direction of Park Supervisor 1, SG-11 at Bear Mountain State Park, the selected candidate will perform various tasks including counting money, processing sales using a point-of-sale device and maintaining accurate financial records. Duties will include, but not be limited to:
• Collect Park entry fees at parking lot entrances.
• Address patron inquiries by phone and in person.
• Assist with traffic direction.
• Assist with customer service inquiries and administrative duties.
• Help maintain park and office cleanliness, including light cleaning and picking up of park areas.
• Assist in other areas of park operation as needed.
• Communicate effectively with other staff and park patrons in a responsible and courteous manner.
• Adhere to the agency’s Code of Conduct Policy and ensure compliance with all guidelines, policies, and procedures in the performance of daily tasks.

Additional Comments OPERATIONAL NEEDS:
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and perform basic physical labor.
