Duties Description The Principal Administrative Analyst in the Contact Center will report directly to the Director of UI Benefit Services. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• Plan, organize, and supervise the activities of units within the Contact Center, including the procurement and implementation of technologies and training
• Serve as the liaison between executive, management and program staff to ensure that business and customer needs are accurately communicated and addressed
• Identify and establish short and long term process improvement plans to meet customer needs, and align with Department of Labor (DOL) policies and procedures
• Supervise the creation of reports to provide to DOL management to monitor Contact Center operations
• Provide supervision and oversight to the DOL Contact Center and staff
• Perform other special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications 52.6 Transfer Qualifications:
One year of permanent or contingent-permanent as a Grade Grade 25 / M 1 or higher determined to be administrative by Civil Service.
70.1 Transfer Qualifications:
One year of permanent or contingent-permanent as a Grade 25 / M 1 or higher determined to be similar by Civil Service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders. (This language must be on all postings; other preferred qualifications may be added as needed)
Additional Comments Position specific job duties may include occasional altered work schedule or job assignments which require availability and willingness to work occasional evenings and/or out-stationed assignments.
