Minimum Qualifications There are no minimum education qualifications. You will be required to demonstrate that you meet the minimum proficiency in keyboarding.

Duties Description The Office Assistant 1 (Keyboarding) will provide support for the Office of General Counsel for activities including, but not limited to: organizing and maintaining current and archived files, including moving and lifting boxes of files and reorganizing file cabinets; copying and scanning files; shredding files when appropriate; preparing files for storage; assisting with maintaining computer databases and systems developed to provide easier access to the stored files; typing and proofreading record keeping related materials; operating and performing basic maintenance on office machines and equipment, including clearing paper jams in copiers, scanners and printers and replacing cartridges.
