Minimum Qualifications Reachable for appointment to Trainee 1 level on the current Civil Service eligible list used for filling this title; or, one year of permanent, competitive class service as a Claims Services Representative 1; or, one year of permanent, competitive class service in a title eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law. Titles eligible for transfer under section 70.1 include but are not limited to: Policyholder Services Representative 1, Underwriter 1, and Investigator 2 (Compensation Claims).

Duties Description If you are on the current eligible list for the title being canvassed, you must also respond to the written canvass that you receive. While you are welcome to respond to this posting and provide your resume and a cover letter expressing your interest, you will not be considered as an acceptor to the canvass based on your vacancy posting response.
