70.1 TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS: An employee with one year of permanent competitive service in a qualified title allocated to a Grade 6 or higher may transfer pursuant to Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.

they meet the technical requirements for transfer pursuant to Civil Service Law ยง70.1 as stated above.
Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES: As an Office Assistant 1 (Stores) in the Administrative Finance Bureau Mailroom, you will perform the following duties:
- Open and sort the trays of incoming mail, distribute mail to the appropriate delivery carts, and deliver mail to various floors in Building 12
- While on rounds, collect outgoing mail from offices
- Meter outgoing mail and wrap pallets of mail going to the Post Office
- Assist on the mail sorter machine when needed
- Serve as back-up for sorting incoming and outgoing FedEx and UPS mailings
