Minimum Qualifications Must be comfortable working on a computer, have experience in the Microsoft Suite of applications (Excel, Work and Outlook), be able to learn new software applications and processes; have good math skills, good written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service. Candidate must demonstrate professional and cooperative behavior with coworkers, vendors and other agency representatives. Experience with Microsoft Access is a plus.
Duties Description Entry level position in the Albany Business Office processing payments, tracking payments in the Statewide Financial System (SFS), creating vouchers in SFS, working in the NYS Business Services Center (BSC) FileNet System researching invoices, working with Parks regional staff, vendors and the BSC via email and telephone to solve payment issues.
