An employee with one year of permanent competitive service in a title equated to grade 23 or above and designated administrative under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law, may be eligible for transfer.
*Consecutive transfers cannot result in more than two salary grades, or one M-grade.
Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
Under the general direction of the UI Program Manager 3 or 4, administers and is responsible for oversight of TCC programs, including having a thorough understanding of unemployment insurance law, rules, procedures and processes, and ensuring that staff administer the UI programs in a consistent, fair and equitable manner.
