Minimum Qualifications Reachable on the Office Assistant 2 eligible list (Department of Civil Service Employees only) OR eligible for a 70.1 transfer.
Duties Description The incumbent will be responsible for:
• Daily pick-up and delivery of mail throughout the Division.
• Opening, sorting, and coding mail by unit and retention level.
• Purging and shredding documents in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations according to a monthly schedule.
• Providing support in the monthly labeling and mailing of Participating Agency/Participating Employer Bills to agencies.
