Duties Description The position will primarily be responsible for annual data entry of Safety Education Class participants in the Snowmobile Bureau.
The candidate would also be responsible for correspondence as per agency record retention procedures. This will also involve a purge and reorganization of electronic education records and correspondence as per record retention procedures.
The unit is also looking at developing and/or approving an online snowmobile safety education course.
The candidate will also assist in gathering and recording information for that purpose.
Additional duties will include telephone monitoring, filing, and general office procedure maintenance.
