Minimum Qualifications Please note that Keyboarding proficiency is a minimum requirement of this position. Candidates who have not previously held a keyboarding title must pass a 5-minute typing session and must achieve a speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) with at least 96% accuracy.

Duties Description As a Secretary 1, you will work independently and be responsible for providing administrative and office support to the Office of Employee Relations Director and staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, prepare tables, charts, and miscellaneous reports
Coordinate and resolve day-to-day administrative support issues
Design and/or maintain office filing systems (paper and electronic)
Track and follow up on various projects or reports
Examine and disseminate daily mail
Receive visitors and phone calls
Schedule meetings, training and videoconference calls that may involve multiple parties and locations
Other duties and projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications: Successful candidates will be detail oriented, have the ability to handle multiple priorities at a time, and have strong communications and organizational skills.
