Minimum Qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be a matriculated undergraduate or graduate college student.
Preferred degree concentrations: Health Services, Human Resources, Public Administration, Public Health.
Minimum degree standing: sophomore.

Duties Description Reporting to the Director of Staff Development and Training within the Bureau of Human Resources, duties may include, but are not limited to: reserving rooms and managing logistics for trainings, including instructor-led training and recorded Webinars; setting up VTC equipment; completing room set-up sheets; creating sign-in sheets/rosters; monitoring attendance and equipment during Webinars; sending out announcements; assist in enrolling and updating participants in Learning Management System; assist in recording live Webinars; monitor employee training requests; maintain database of training requests and attendance; send out and monitor evaluation surveys; other duties as requested and required.

Additional Comments Temporary, part-time, non-competitive. Salary determined by academic level. Must maintain matriculated student status in order to retain employment. Schedule is flexible.
