Eligible for transfer under Section 70.1: Permanent competitive service as a Secretary 2, Accountant Aide, Program Aide, Business Document Specialist 3, Head Mail & Supply Clerk, Head Stores Clerk, Legal Assistant 1 and Trainee 2, Office Assistant 3, Office Assistant 3 (Calculations), Office Assistant 3 (Human Resources), Payroll Examiner 2, Payroll Specialist 2. Principal Data Entry Machine Operator.
Also any language parenthetic for the above titles. You will be required to demonstrate proficiency in keyboarding.

Duties Description Serves as Secretary to the Director of the Division of Forest Protection and provides secretarial support to Forest Ranger Command Staff. Duties include, but are not limited to: answering the telephone; responding to questions related to Forest Ranger activities and the License Guide Program; scheduling meetings; making travel arrangements; opening, reviewing, sorting and distributing mail; maintaining inventory of office supplies; maintaining the Division roster; updating databases; reviewing outgoing correspondence for accuracy, including correspondence for the Commissioner's signature. May also enter invoices for payment and purchase card expense reports into FMIS.
Additional Comments Must undergo a background investigation prior to appointment. Candidate will be responsible for fingerprint processing fees.
