Minimum Qualifications THIS POSITION WILL BE POSTED OPEN UNTIL FILLED

Positions in this class are responsible for an assigned parking area, entire parking lot or facility; Under the direction of a Sr. Parking Services Attendant, sells parking passes to authorized employee/students/visitors; Checks for current parking permits and permits are in correct assigned areas; Handle complaints; Collect fees; Assures unsold permits and money are properly secured; Maintain grounds upkeep of area; Give directions; Assist patrons w/emergencies or in accidents; Maintains record in support of organization; Notifies proper supervisors regarding suspicious activities or unsafe conditions, Other duties as assigned

Duties Description Hourly Rate $ 13.89 per hour
Shift and Hours: 3AM-7AM (PART time) Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Anticipated Hours per Week: approximately 16 hours
Anticipated Duration: September 11, 2018 – May 4, 2019 [approximately Eight (8) MONTHS]

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must be able to read, speak, and understand English, and possess a valid New York State motor vehicle operator license

OPERATING NEEDS

Ability to work outdoors and in inclement weather, achieve daily parking control via citation enforcement as required including ticketing and applying vehicle wheel lock when warranted.

Valid NYS Driver’s License required.
