Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent competitive service as a Children and Family Services Specialist 1 or eligible for a 70.1 transfer.
Candidates with a score of 100 or higher on the current PCO eligible list who are eligible for appointment are encouraged to apply. This position will then be filled as a traineeship. Please note your score of the exam in your cover letter.
Duties Description Intensive oversight, monitoring and technical assistance to both the agencies and districts, one team will focus on the needs of the voluntary agencies and the other on the needs of the districts.
Voluntary agency oversight will focus on adherence to RTA models, data monitoring, providing TA on the model, troubleshooting, visiting programs and identifying barriers to timely release.
District oversight will focus on timely flow of information from the district to programs, adherence to CW timeframes for permanency hearings, FASPs, release preparation and coordination of timely release of youth from placement
