Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent competitive service as an Program Aide OR eligible for 70.1 transfer.

Duties Description Assist in carrying out program planning and project development activities.

Provide direct administrative support to the bureau director.

Enter information into bureau and agency computer systems.

Assist in preparing short-term and long-range work objectives and goals.

Develop, maintain, and update databases, programs and models as required for specific programs.

Coordinate information for database programs for bureau staff. Monitor and evaluate data for deficiencies.

Collect and analyze statistics and information.

Prepare and edit draft correspondence and other documents.

Assist in the preparation, review, evaluation, and analysis of a variety of reports and records specific to the program assigned.

Respond to inquiries with information on agency services.

Refer clients to appropriate internal staff or to other agencies.

Maintain tracking systems.

May train and supervise subordinate staff.
