Minimum Qualifications There are no education or experience requirements.
Duties Description Answer phones and direct calls; transmit, receive and answer staff calls over short wave radio; maintain programs’ mailing lists; open and direct incoming mail; ready out-going mail; enter / process payments and monthly statements into FMIS; enter seasonal time into LATS; enter customer data into computer, process seedling orders into quick books; schedule shipping dates; and assist Nursery Manager and staff with other administrative functions.
Additional Comments This is a seasonal, hourly appointment ending no later than 3/31/2019. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date, which may be prior to date listed. Actual work schedule, duties, and hours may vary and will be discussed at the interview.
