Minimum Qualifications Reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list for this title; one year of permanent, competitive class service as an Office Assistant 2; or one year of permanent, competitive class service in a title eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law. Eligible titles include: Office Assistant 2 Calculations, Office Assistant 2 (Keyboarding), Office Assistant 2 (Stores/Mail).
Duties Description Duties include, but are not limited to: Provide clerical support to an Insurance Fund Hearing Representative supervisor by assisting with hearing schedules and coordinating deposition scheduling. Serve as backup for various clerical tasks as necessary. Additional details to be discussed at time of interview.
