Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service as an Office Assistant 3 Calculations (formerly: Principal Account Clerk), OR
Eligible for transfer via Section 70.1 of Civil Service law
Duties Description Assign and direct the work of subordinate clerks.
Process financial claims.
Prepare annual and quarterly budgets.
Set up ledgers from appropriation acts and budget segregations.
Keep ledgers of revenue receipts and reconcile balances with monthly bank statements.
Answer correspondence.
Process related work as required.
Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
