Minimum Qualifications To be considered for permanent appointment, candidates must be reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list or be eligible for reassignment or transfer in accordance with Civil Service Law.
Duties Description This position is located in the Federal Aid Unit. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Clear billing suspense items over $500,000 between each current bill; update billing suspense spreadsheet;
• Act as backup for monitoring, recording and tracking any toll credits earned or used; update toll credit spreadsheet;
• Act as backup for the demo ID database and archiving files;
• Assist with federal fiscal year-end closing;
• Cross train with other Office Assistant 3s in the Federal Aid Unit;
• Other related tasks as needed.
Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the Department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations.

The PSLF Program forgives the remaining balance on Direct Loans after 120 qualifying monthly payments have been made under a qualifying repayment plan while working full-time for a qualifying employer.”
