52.6 TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS:
This position is designated administrative under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law and may be filled by administrative transfer under that section. To be eligible for transfer, candidates must have one year of permanent competitive service in a title Grade 25/M1 or above designated administrative under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law.
Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
The Employment Services Manager 2 will plan, organize, delegate, coordinate, and evaluate career center programs, operations, activities, and services to the public. They will apply and interpret agency policies, procedures, guidelines, and performance standards in conformance with Federal and State laws, rules, and regulations to assure consistency in operations and optimal services to customers, employers, and the community.
Additional Comments Position specific job duties may include occasional altered work schedule or job assignments which require availability and willingness to work occasional evening and or out-stationed assignments.
